Alcoholic Beverage Service: Properly licensed Caterer, under separate agreement with Responsible Party, will provide
alcoholic beverage service (beer, wine or full bar). Owner shall coordinate ABC license requirements with Caterer.
OR
Responsible Party will provide alcoholic beverage service (beer or wine) to their guests.
If you provide alchololic beverage service, we will reQuire that:
A. Alcoholic beverage consumption shall be limited to designated areas.
B. Alcoholic beverages shall be provided free of charge to guests.
C. Responsible Party shall be responsible for all actions taken against Owner due to guest activities related to alcohol use.
D. Responsible Party shall provide one security guard per every 100 adult guests.
E. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to consume any alcoholic beverages of any kind.
F. Owner reserves the right to I.D. any person they feel questionable about and to refuse service to anyone they
feel may be intoxicated.
G. A licensed, bonded, and insured server is required to supply and serve all alcohol.
Oak Hill Manor will control the amount of alcohol per number of guests that will be allowed to be served on the premises.
In the case where only a champagne toast is desired and the amount is monitored, Oak Hill
Manor will waive D and F, listed above.
Bathrooms: There are two (2) bathrooms available for guests use in the main house on the first floor. Wedding/Reception guests are not permitted to
use any guestroom bathrooms. If your event is large enough, you may be required to rent portable toilet facilities
so as not to overtax the system.
Clean-Up/Security Deposit: $500 – due 2 weeks prior to the event. The Responsible Party
shall ensure that the designated areas and the prep kitchen are left in the same
condition in which they were found. If this is not done, Owner shall clean the designated areas and any cleaning,
repairs and/or associated charges shall be deducted from the clean-up/security
deposit. Balance of clean-up deposit shall be returned to Responsible Party within 14 days of the event.
Coordination: We recommend that use a professional Wedding Coordinator to assist with the planning of your wedding. Oak Hill Manor does not provide wedding coordination services.

from beginning to end of your special day, create your special wedding theme, vendor information, budget preparation, guest list and RSVP preparation
and assistance, rehearsal dinner and rehearsal planning, wedding and reception coordination,
wedding day itinerary, set-up and clean-up supervision, assist many of the other professionals, five planning meetings,
unlimited phone availability, any extra advice that may be needed.
Decorations: Decorations or displays brought into Oak Hill Manor must be approved prior to arrival. All decorations and displays must be in
compliance with the SLO County Building Code and meet the approval of the Atascadero Fire
Department. Items may not be attached to any stationary wall, floor, window or ceiling with nails, tape, staples or any
other substance in order to prevent damage to the facility, fixtures and furnishings. Candles or any devices
which emit a flame must be approved by the Atascadero Fire Dept.
Birdseed, bubbles, rose petals or pot pourri may be used instead of rice for the departure of the
newlywed couple.
Deposit: A $500.00 non-refundable deposit, due upon signing contract, is required to secure the facility for the date
requested. The balance is due and payable one month prior to the event and is non-refundable. Any additional charges are to be paid on the day of the event.
Music: Musical entertainment is permitted. Contracts must be individually arranged with
the entertainer. All contracted entertainment must be approved by Oak Hill Manor in order to
conform to existing policies. Amplified
music, in moderation, is permitted but may be subject to curtailment if
complaints are received. We will strive to ensure the noise level is kept down in respect to our surrounding neighbors.
Food Service: Food and food service shall be contracted separately. Only caterers recommended or
approved by Oak Hill Manor are permissible. We will be happy to assist you in selecting a
caterer to best suit the needs for your particular event. Responsible Party is responsible for
clean-up.
Security: Guests staying at Oak Hill Manor are responsible for all of their personal belongings in their suites. It is highly recommended that guests keep
their rooms locked during the entire week-end, especially during the hours of
the wedding and reception. Parties are not permitted in the rooms
under any circumstances.
Insurance: A certificate of additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000.00 is required naming Owner as additional insured for the
day of the event. This can easily be obtained from your insurance agent.The
certificate shall be sent to Oak Hill Manor 4 weeks prior to the event. Oak Hill Manor is not
responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that might occur during the
event. Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Parking: Guests who will be attending your event but not staying at Oak Hill Manor must park their vehicle at the
Nazarene Church on Santa Barbara Road They will be shuttled to and
from Oak Hill Manor as part of your wedding package fee.
Rental Items: Responsible Party will coordinate all necessary rentals including tables and chairs with a local rental company. The Rental Company shall be contracted with separately by Responsible Party. Owner will provide set-up and tear-down of
rental items.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any building.It is allowed in outside areas
only, but not near open doors or windows of any building.
